The annual general meeting of the BGA will be held at the Masonic Hall in Bury (on Parsons Lane behind Wilkinsons) starting at 7.00pm on Thursday 16th November. Tea/coffee/cold drinks will be available.
Governors and Trustees will have the opportunity to elect the BGA’s officers and executive committee for the next year. There will also be presentations from:
- John Ashworth (Bolton Governance Services) who will talk about current changes in the education landscape
- Matthew Paknik-Riley (a governor at St Margaret’s Primary) on wellbeing support for governors
It’s also a great opportunity to network with other Governors and Trustees.
